Two Gold medals at the 2015 Summer Nationals
For the first time Olympia’s combined efforts of two weapons, epee and foil, in both individual and teams events, placed 29 fencers in top 32, nine in top 16, five in top 8 and two Gold medals!
Cristina Gordet is the – not so new – National Champion, Women’s Epee, Vet. 50
Three times in a row National Champion, she made the National Team for the World Veteran Championships, this year held in France.

15 years old Bin Huang is the 2015 Gold winner, in Div. 2 Men’s Foil.
Coached by Shuang Meng and Kai Zhao, Olympia’s new foil coaches, Bin is among other hard working, talented foilists that recently joined our growing fencing community.

Div 3 Men’s Epee – 14 year old Michael Corban places 22nd in an event with as many as 146 participants.

Epeeists formed 51 teams – our young team, Hondor, Mansoor, Scott and Wolkoff, placed 27th after losing by a few touches for top 16.
