Do you need to take a break from fencing? No problem!
Although consistency is one of the keys to making progress, life gets busy, and breaks can happen. No need to cancel your membership: we can place holds by request, at no cost.

Cancellations/Holds Policy
Membership cancellations can be made in writing (via email); please use this form to submit your request.
Verbal, social media, and phone notices are not accepted.
Our club practices a 30-day cancellation policy except for competitive memberships, which require a six-month term. These memberships are renewed automatically every 6 months until a cancellation notice is received.
Students are responsible for their attendance. Memberships are not automatically terminated for no-show.
- Fencing gear rental must be returned after a membership hold of two months or longer, or the deposit will be lost.
- Absolutely no refunds for late notices; credit for other services may be possible at the management’s discretion
- Any cancellation request must include specifically the membership type addressed.
- Membership holds are available for up to 2 months; a $20.00 hold fee applies.
- No refunds for the annual club fee once it is processed.
