Dear OFC Community:

What an exciting and busy time for us at the club!

In the recent months, Olympia Fencing Center began developing relationships with community partners by strengthening our involvement. We believe it’s important to create an inclusive community by being engaged not only within Cambridge but, in surrounding towns too.

We began offering free educational programs at the Belmont Public Library this year. Our first complimentary fencing workshop & demo was held over Winter break on February 21st, where we welcomed 29 kids – ages 6-12 years old.

The kids had a great time playing fencing games, learn basic stances, lunges, and target practice. For future fencing workshops & demos dates please visit the library website.

Getting ready for the summer!

For the first time, Olympia Fencing Center participated at the Cambridge Resource Camp Fair held on March 9th at CRLS. This free event is held every March and sponsored by The Department of Human Services.  We had a great time meeting families from Cambridge and sharing what a great sport fencing is. We provided information regarding our year round fencing program, vacation week camps, and Summer camps coming up.

Future Events

Olympia looks forward to participating at the upcoming events:

Our thanks go to all Olympia families who helped and volunteered to represent our center during these events. Olympia Fencing Center wouldn’t be successful without your support!
