Olympia Fencers return from the March NAC with the best results of the New England Division!
A very far away from home – Portland, OR, competition, where many local fencers choose not to participate, and yet, the ones who did, returned home with some great results, lots of points, and an amazing experience.
In the Y14 Women’s Epee event, Natalya Cafasso places 6th among 198 fencers, while Meredith Richardson comes in 25th– best results in the NE Division
Cadet WE, Natalya and Nour Azmeh come in 11th and 13th pl. respectively, among 167 participants, and scoring the best results in the NE Division
In Y12 ME, Aman Singleton places 14th among 182 fencers, while Elena De Santis comes in 24th pl. In the women’s event, in a pool of 136 participants – best results in the NE Division.
Other notable results: Matthew Richardson places 41 among 90 fencers, 2nd best result in the Division.
No notable results in the Cadet ME, where our 11-13-year-old fencers faced much older people, but notable efforts, nonetheless!
